By Mail -

You can mail in your order. Just send us your name, address, phone number and the item numbers that you want, the engraving that you want if you order MedAlert jewelry,  add them up and add $6.99 for standard mailing to the U.S. and to all U.S. posessions and territories up to one pound,  add $2.99 for each additional pound.  You can pay with a check, money order or enclose your credit card number and expiration date.
